2. I do not know my ring size, how can I make sure I purchase the right size?

If you do not know the right size for the ring you want to purchase, the easiest and most secure way is to order our ring sizer to your address from www.birgiediamonds.com and we would be happy to deliver it to you. You may also want to use the ring sizer for your future purchases from Birgie.

3. How do I pay for my order?

Birgie Diamonds accepts Debit Card, Credit Card payments and PayPal payments.
Once we receive your order, Birgie Diamonds checks your debit card details and stock availability and then takes payment from the card. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

4. How will my jewellery be packed?

Your fine jewellery purchased by Birgie Diamonds online will be packed in its original package with its unique Certificate. The package will then be placed in a box which will be handled by Special Delivery. The box will include your purchased item, Diamond Certificate, purchase invoice and a copy of sales contract.

5. How will my jewelry be sent?

We have chosen to work with DHL and UPS special Services for deliveries and return services. Each item that is dispatched by DHL or UPS is under the guarantee against any loss. The package is sent with a full tracking and proof of delivery.

6. When will my order be delivered to my address?

For all United States & Canada deliveries we use DHL or UPS Special Delivery. We do not charge for this delivery service, it is FREE. Delivery duration will be 5-7 working days from the day the purchase is completed.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Birgie Diamonds shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

7. If I want to return the item I purchased, how do I return it?

We know that every item you purchase from Birgie Diamonds will meet your expectations 100%, though in case If you are not satisfied with a diamond or piece of diamond jewelry you have bought from Birgie, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the date of your purchase. However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or clearly personalised.
To return your item from within the United States of America and Canada, please follow these easy steps:
i. Please fill in the returns form you will find in the delivery box.
ii. Package your item up, ensuring the completed returns items with its warranty seal on and invoice, and certificate is included in the parcel and the prepaid returns label is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel.
iii. Take the item to the closest Royal Mail Center.

8. When will I get a refund after I return my item?

To cancel a Contract or your purchase, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an e-mail to info@birgiejediamonds.com Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

If you have returned the Products to us  because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. 9. Which products are non-returnable?

Non-returnable items:
All returns are subject to verification and authentication by the Birgie Diamonds team.
– Purchased items with any element of personalization, engraving, bespoke items, designs by or for the client, will not be considered for return.
– For health and safety reasons you may not exercise your right of withdrawal on orders of piercings and earrings.
– Please note that special orders / customized orders are not returnable.
– Resized items are not returnable.
– Wedding Bands are not returnable.

– Purchased item of which warranty label/ seal is broken or taken off are nonreturnable.

10. Can I have my jewelry be engraved?

You may have your purchased jewelry be engraved with a maximum of 14 characters. When you order Personalized Jewelry from our website, we will customize the piece of jewellery designed around your own specific requirements. Please note that engraved items are non-returnable.
